Kathy was born and raised in northwest Montana, and other than going away for college and moving to Minnesota for one year, she has continued to make the Flathead Valley her home. Kathy met her husband Mike after he moved here from Minnesota. Together with their son, Matthew and their beagle, Bailey they enjoy hiking, mountain-biking, camping, fishing and canoeing. Kathy had worked as a church secretary previously both here in Kalispell and in Minnesota and enjoys combining her experience in graphic design with church ministry. Her family began attending Easthaven in the fall of 2006.
Lisa Strickle - Financial Secretary
Lisa was born and raised in Illinois. When she was 16 years old her family moved to Ontario, Canada where she finished high school. After about four years in Canada she moved back to Illinois and it was then that she met her husband George. Lisa and George came to Kal ispell for their honeymoon and six months later they moved to the area. In her free time Lisa loves to hang out with family playing games, camping and fishing.
Lisa has been in the financial world since the mid 1990's. She started at a bank in Illinois, moved to Minnesota and worked at Norwest Bank, then transferred to Norwest Bank in Kalispell as a teller/vault teller. When her two children Paul & Jessica were born she moved to the job of stay at home mom. In 1999 the entire family was baptized at Easthaven and in 2002 she joined the church staff as the financial secretary.
Kristi Willits - Office Manager
Kristi Willits was born in Casper, WY, and raised in Missouri and Montana. She graduated from Flathead High School in 2000 and attended college at the University of Montana, earning a Photojournalism Degree. Kristi has worked at Plum Creek and also has management experience. Kristi first met her husband, AJ at an Easthaven college group Bible study. They married in July 2007 and have been attending Easthaven since then. Kristi and AJ like to be in the outdoors as much as possible. You can often find them skiing, backpacking, hiking, and camping.
Sissy Hashley - Pastor's Secretary
Sissy was born and raised in Kalispell. She graduated in 1990 from Flathead High where she met her husband, Dana. They married soon after graduation, and after a brief work experience in Idaho Falls, they moved back to thevalley where they are raising their five children.
Sissy has worked as a teacher’s assistant and has also had some secretary experience, which both have been beneficial to her position here at the church. The Hashley’s love sports and music, and with five kids, they are kept quite busy in these types of activities.
Sami Gross - Pastor's Secretary
Sami was born in sunny southern California and raised in Kalispell. She graduated from Flathead High School in 2007, and attended Flathead Valley Community College. Sami has been involved in Youth ministry, College ministry, and e3 at Easthaven for some time. She loves to spend time with friends and family, and also enjoys a good book.
Lana Gardner - Pastor's Secretary
Lana was born in Kalispell, and then moved with her parents to Thompson Falls just before she started the first grade. She remained there until she graduated from Thompson Falls High School in 1979. Upon graduating, she moved back to the Flathead Valley, and has lived here ever since. In 1983 Lana became a member of Easthaven Baptist Church, where she met and married her husband Michael Gardner (Pastor Joey's brother). Lana and Mike have three grown children: Brandi and husband Jeff, of Orlando, FL; Jeremy, and soon to be wife, Lindsey, of Billings, MT; and Nicholas, who still resides in Kalispell.
Lana has worked at Coins and Carats for the past 14 years, and is excited about joining the EBC office staff. She enjoys hiking, sewing, painting and spending time with her grandson Tate. She anxiously awaits the arrival of grandchild number two in March.
