May 10: Proposed By-Law Updates available to the Church Membership to read and review
May 10 - June 9: Time for the Church Membership to ask questions about the proposed changes. To submit questions, please email [email protected] or contact the church office at 406-752-7021.
May 25: List of proposed deacons available for review
May 25-June 9: Time for the Church Membership to offer feedback to the Church Office about men on the deacon list.

PROPOSED BY-LAW UPDATES TIMELINE AND PROCESS
Easthaven is governed by its Constitution and By-Laws, written in the 1960s. In March 2023, we voted on the proposed By-Laws which included many changes. As you may remember, this vote did not pass.
Our By-Laws still need to be updated, but Pastor Chad will lead us through a different approach. Instead of proposing the changes to the entirety of the By-Laws in one vote, we will propose smaller changes over the next 12 months. We have a group of people who have the goal to update our By-Laws.
